First Nine Weeks
Students have the option to complete a self-standing DNA model for an additional major grade. This project is entirely optional; students choosing not to do the project will be exempt.
The project will be due Wednesday, Sept. 19th. Any projects turned in will be graded and will go in the grade book regardless of the score and how it affects overall grade. Details for the project can be found in the document below.

Second Nine Weeks
Students have a choice of two optional projects to do:
- Group Song Project
- Individual Biology Project
Projects, regardless of the project you choose to do, are due on Monday, January 9th.
Frequently Asked Questions (song project):
1. How many students can be in a video? 2-5 students; back-up dancers are cool, too!
2. Can we work with people from another class? Only if they are in my classes.
Frequently Asked Questions (paper):
1. What topic can we choose? Anything! (school appropriate)
